WESS Global ENV120 Ultrasonic Sludge Blanket Level Meter

WESS Global's ENV120 Ultrasonic Sludge Blanket Level Meter uses innovative ultrasonic technology to monitor the sludge interface level in a range of clarifiers, settling tanks, and thickeners with high precision and reliability.

The instrument continuously provides vital information to the operator, such as numeric and graphic interfaces that represent the distance to the blanket, an echo profile image to ensure proper configuration during commissioning, and data analysis and storage. Additional features, such as the ASF (Abnormal Signal Filter), help to remove irregular noise created by moving structures.

ENV120 technology also contains a compressed air cleaning mechanism to keep the sensor in top condition and allow for maintenance-free measurement. Mounting kits with custom designs are also available.
