Ultrasonic Sludge Density Meter (ENV200 Series) from WESS Global

  • Instead of utilizing the amplitude change in the reception signal, the ENV200 use the EEA (Envelope Energy Average) approach, which stores the envelope of the received signal before calculating its energy.
  • Spool-piece and clamp-on sensors are the two types of sensors that ENV200 offers to meet all installation-related field demands.
  • The density of suspended solids in liquid is measured by ultrasonic devices of the ENV200 series. It is made up of a junction box and sensors.
  • In addition to measuring the received signal's size—which is typically determined by traditional ultrasonic density meters—the ENV200 with PCM (Process Condition Monitoring) algorithm also tracks variations in temperature and sound velocity during the process.
